SHIPPING POLICY

The products from the webshop are available in the Netherlands within 2 working days, Europe within 7 working days, (the rest of the world on request)

If a product is not available, we will notify you within one working day, and find an alternative solution for you if necessarily.

For rush shipments or other questions regarding an article from the webshop you can use the contact form on the website or telephone number. You will receive a message from us that same day.

 

PAYMENT METHOD

During the very first order at TempSen Europe B.V. we ask new customers for a prepayment.

For subsequent orders we keep a payment term of 30 days.

Payments in the webshop can be made by creditcard or paypal.

 

RETURN POLICE

You can exchange or return all your purchases within 14 days of receipt (right of withdrawal). The only condition is that the product must be in the original, salable condition (unused) and in its original packaging.

In the event of a return, we will transfer the full purchase price excluding shipping costs to the account with which the purchase was made after receipt of the product a.s.a.p (no later than 7 days). You are responsible for the return costs.

TempSen Europe B.V. is not responsible for the loss of return shipments.

PLEASE NOTE: if we receive a returned item that we think does not meet the return conditions, we will contact you to discuss the progress. TempSen Europe B.V. reserves the right to refuse returned items if an item has been returned in used or damaged condition.
